It is the Rakuderu launch campaign, to gather our first partners try our service and platform. During the Free Trial, your account will have access to all Premium Features, and up to 10 enabled places from the start. In addition, there is the white glove service, where we setup all your initial places and events, based on your data.
All the features described in the Premium Plan and up to 10 enabled places. The Founder Partner Trial is equivalent to 10 places/subscriptions in Rakuderu.

Your Rakuderu account will be downgraded to the Free Plan and you will lose access to all Premium Features. All places, except the first enabled one, will be disabled. Your images will all be kept. All features supported in the Premium Plan will be hidden in the Rakuderu Mobile App.
Yes you can manage more than 10 places. The limit for Free and Premium plans is 20 places. However, you will only be able to enable up to 10 places during the Rakuderu Founder Partner Free Trial, or a certain quantity depending on your subscription. Enterprise plans do not have place creation limit, and support as many enabled places as contracted.
For the Premium plan we accept Credit Card payment via Stripe (JCB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Discover). For the Enterprise plan we accept bank transfers.
No. All prices are excluded of consumption tax. The consumption tax are added on the subscription at Stripe Checkout, for the Premium Plan, or in the invoiced amount, for the Enterprise Plan.
Yes, Rakuderu issues qualified invoices for both Premium and Enterprise plans. For Premium plan subscriptions paid via Stripe, the qualified invoices may be accessed in the Rakuderu Partner platform. For Enterprise plan payments, Rakuderu will issue qualified invoices directly.
Yes, you can easily switch. Any unused portion of your current plan will be credited towards your new one.
Yes, you can easily change. Any unused portion of your current amount of places will be credited towards your new subscription payments.
In the Premium plan, the subscription will be charged when activated and at the beginning of every subscription cycle. In the Enterprise plan, the payment is done before the activation.
For the Premium plan, you may cancel anytime directly at the Rakuderu Partner System. The cancellation stops new subscription cycles and charges, and your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current cycle. For Enterprise plan, the contract will be cancelled at the expiration.
No, we do not offer refunds. Also, if there is a remaining balance in Stripe, it may only be used for future payments in Rakuderu Premium subscriptions, even for new ones after the cancellation.

This means your Rakuderu place listing will be optimized for improved visibility in general search engines (like Google Search), helping it appear more prominently when customers are looking for places like yours. Additionally, your listing will be well-featured on the Rakuderu Mobile App's map and within its Explore section, making it easy for app users to find you. While our service provides the tools and optimization to enhance your digital discoverability, please note that we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions in external search engines (such as Google Search). Our focus is on providing you with the best possible foundation for visibility.
For the Free plan, you may upload up to 3 images per place. For Premium and Enterprise plans, up to 50 images per place. If your account is downgraded to the Free plan, due to end of Free Trial or Enterprise contract, or due to subscription cancellation, your images are kept in Rakuderu. However, the amount above the limit will be hidden in the Rakuderu Mobile App.
No, the Events feature is only available in the Premium and Enterprise plans. The amount of events per place is unlimited. However, only the most imminent event is shown in the Rakuderu Mobile App map and listing. The others are listed in the Next Events tab. If your account is downgraded to the Free plan, the events will be kept, but hidden in the Rakuderu Mobile App and the SEO.
In the Free plan, only the total number of accesses to your place and the amount of devices that saved it will be displayed. In the Premium and Enterprise plans, time quantity analytics graph by access type and unique devices (with totals) is also included. Access types include place page in the Mobile App and in the SEO; events; as well as Google Maps link, website, reservation service and Instagram clicks.
The linking with location means that the user be directed from the Mobile App user to the place's registerd Google Maps profile when clicking in the link, and not only to the coordinates. The rating means that Google Maps' star rating and review count will be shown inside the Rakuderu Mobile App, in the listing and place page. The reviews are updated weekly, so more users get attracted the better reviews your place has.
When customers view your business on the Rakuderu app, they can use the "View on Google Maps" button to get one-click directions. This seamless user experience signals to Google that your business is legitimate and makes your listing more helpful to customers. By having a complete and consistent profile across platforms, you improve your chances of ranking higher in local searches.
Yes. With Rakuderu Premium and Enterprise plans, you gain comprehensive linking capabilities designed to seamlessly connect Rakuderu Mobile App users to your existing online assets. This feature centralizes your online presence, making it easier for customers to find all your information and engage with your business through their preferred channels.
In the Free Plan, we offer a User Manual, which can be downloaded in the Rakuderu Partner platform. For the Premium Plan, we offer email support. For Enterprise accounts, we offer priority email support, which are handled before the Premium accounts.

Yes, that is easily doable. Just go to the My Places page, in the Rakuderu Partner platform, and create a new place. You may have up to 20 places in the Free and Premium plans, and an unlimited amount in the Enterprise plan.
Indeed there is. It may be downloaded after you make login in the Rakuderu Partner Platform, right in the main page. It has step by step instructions with screen pictures and descriptions for all features, including how to apply and cancel a Rakuderu Premium subscription.
